It is often a challenge to keep learners motivated, involved, and enthusiastic during lessons. At this point, ICT tools such as apps and web platforms become key elements in supporting teachers to communicate and share knowledge while ensuring students’ attention. Today, it is crucial to be familiar with interactive learning solutions so that we can offer students an alternative, non-traditional way of learning that keeps them engaged. The course “Integrating ICT and New Technologies into Teaching and Education” was held in Tenerife from 27/09/2025 to 3/10/2025. Participants came from different parts of Europe, including GRAZYNA, ROMAN, BARBARA, ELZBIETA, ANNA, DANUTA, HELENA, MARLENA, IWONA, HALINA, MAREK, and KRYSTYNA from UNIWERSYTET TRZECIEGO WIEKU W LESZNIE, POLAND. Throughout the week, the participants explored a wide range of digital tools and discovered how to practically implement them in their teaching approaches. They started by working with simple and accessible tools for editing pictures and videos, which proved to be highly effective in an educational setting. These tools can be applied in multiple ways: to design multimedia resources, to introduce new topics, to review old material, or to challenge students to produce their own projects, thereby fostering creativity. In particular, video presentations were highlighted as a powerful method to capture attention and energize a classroom. Another important part of the training was the opportunity to create a website with just a few straightforward steps. Thanks to this hands-on experience, the participants experimented with user-friendly drag-and-drop platforms that could easily be adapted to design a school website or to support communication with their students. Considering the impact of the past years, during which traditional teaching had to give way to online classes and remote learning, the course also dedicated time to exploring digital platforms for virtual lessons. Tools such as online whiteboards, which make it possible to create interactive and stimulating lessons as well as collaborative learning experiences, were practiced and analyzed by the group. In addition, the participants were fully immersed in the technological world by engaging in practical activities. These included delivering presentations, joining virtual quizzes, producing social media content, working with tools for graphic design, posters, and collages, and much more. By the end of the course, participants had shared experiences, exchanged good practices, and acquired new knowledge about interactive teaching. They returned home with a refreshed perspective and a diverse toolbox of resources, ready to put into practice in their classrooms. There is no doubt that this innovative approach will contribute to enhancing students’ creativity, focus, and motivation, transforming learning into an enjoyable and dynamic process.
