Exploring English and Creating Connections

Today, English holds a prominent position globally, serving as a common language that fosters communication among people from diverse nations. It plays a key role across various fields, including business, academic research, fashion, technology, and more. A group of educators from different countries and schools participated in the "Intensive English Language Course for Education Staff." They approached the program with enthusiasm and dedicated themselves fully to every activity.

The new edition of the course took place in Tenerife from 04/05/2025 to 10/05/2025. We had the pleasure to welcome a group composed by Jolanta Lesnik, Joanna Magiera-Andrzejczak, Anna Rudnik, Ewa Lazar, Karolina Ciemniewska, Aleksandra Nosowwicz and Bozena Konieczny from Szkola Podstanwowa nr 1 Im.p. Stalmacha w wisle in Poland.

Throughout the week, participants engaged in a variety of challenges designed to strengthen five essential language skills: English usage, listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The journey began with personal introductions and job descriptions, followed by interviews to help everyone get to know one another. Since language learning demands consistent effort and practice, each day was packed with engaging exercises and activities.
The course covered key grammar topics such as verb tenses, phrasal verbs, and adverbs, all taught through practical, real-life contexts. Lessons focused on everyday scenarios like organizing daily tasks, discussing routines, managing schedules, and talking about hobbies. Participants also explored broader themes, including the value of learning a foreign language, travel experiences, and future planning. To support effective learning, we incorporated formative assessments and interactive methods such as games, quizzes, readings, real-life simulations, and more

​Thanks to our dedicated team, participants also had the chance to explore the beautiful city of Palermo through two guided tours of the city center, along with memorable lunches and dinners at traditional Sicilian restaurants. They embraced every speaking challenge with enthusiasm and courage, using breaks as opportunities to practice English, share best practices, and exchange insights about their schools and cultures. It was an incredibly productive and enriching week. We hope they carry forward their positive mindset in their continued English learning journey and treasure the multicultural environment they built together in just a few days
