Bullying is a major cause of stress and can hurt, frighten or make students angry and even depressed. By raising awareness about the sources of bullying behaviours and the profile of the bullying victims, teachers can be mentors in coping with virtual and real aggression, which are the main sources of the stress that overcasts all the other aspect of a student’s life. Stress can also play a key factor in what can cause bullying, therefore by learning stress management techniques and developing social emotional intelligence, we can begin to tackle the source of what often can lead to children bullying each other.
Thanks to this course, participants will learn how to analyze the sources of stress, recognize and cope with bullying behaviours, help students to develop their social and emotional learning by improving motivation, self-esteem, and self-regulation to overcome stress and heal traumas caused by or leading to bullying in order to proceed positively in life.
This course allows participants to acquire concrete methods and share best practices to manage stressful behaviors, often experienced also when dealing with bullying behavior and conflicting dynamics. At the end of this course, participants will also be able to develop a prevention plan by creating the right school environment through development of social and emotional learning.
The general aim of this course is to foster excellence in education by empowering teachers, trainers, headmasters and other education staff to with the needed knowledge and competences to effectively prevent all forms of bullying in education and school settings in order to prevent and heal stressful situations.

This course is addressed to teachers, trainers, educational counsellors, career counsellors, school psychologists, headmasters, school management and administrative staff working in primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, training centres, adult education schools, higher education, kindergarten and NGOs.
