​ErasmusTrainingCourses.com TeacherTrainings is an initiative first launched by  joint partnership of the Institute for Training, Employability and Mobile learning (IFOM) and YouNet that joined forces to achieve their common goal of fostering excellence in education and training. To focus even more on the international education staff training at the end of 2019 we’ve launched ELA (Erasmus Learning Academy). IFOM and YouNet keep focusing on work-based experiences for students and graduates. ELA focuses on designing and implementing international training courses and learning mobility for teachers and education staff.
 
ErasmusTrainingCourses.com offers a range of innovative and practice-driven courses tailored for educators, especially teachers. Our focus is on learning outside the classroom in a cooperative and international environment. The pedagogical methods that we use are based upon experiential training, learning-by-doing and best practices’ exchange.
 
We work as a hub and a network in the Italian territory where we cooperate with public institutions, schools of all levels, VET centres, universities, adult education providers and other formal and non-formal education institutions. Our main headquarter is in Bologna, where most of our courses take place, and we organize as well several courses in Sicily and in Tenerife. We holds extensive experience in organizing international training courses for teachers, headmasters and educational staff. In particular since 2011 we organize our courses with the support of European Union funds and in the last 5 years we’ve successfully received and trained over 2500 teachers and education staff coming from all over Europe, as you can read from the reviews on our website or on the School Education Gateway. Past participants appreciated our interactive and hands-on approach focused on practice and experiential training and our support in project implementation, practical arrangements, certification and dissemination.
 
We’ve a broad experience in European programmes and we’ve successfully received and sent several thousand young people, teachers, headmasters and educational staff for work placements, training courses and job-shadowing. We work in the education sector since more than 10 years, thus we know the real context, the challenges that teachers are facing every day. We regularly participate in international training and European conference to keep our know-how up-to-date. We’re experience in tailoring our courses to the participants needs and profiles thus enhancing personal and professional development.
We’ve experience in providing linguistic, pedagogical and cultural preparation before the mobility as well as support and assistance after. We know how support and guide participants providing clear and comprehensive information before the courses and making them feel comfortable and safe. We have successfully organized board and lodging as well as social activities and cultural visits for thousands of teachers and learners that came to Italy for learning purposes. We’ve  experience in ensuring continuous monitoring and evaluation and in the assessment, recognition and validation of learning outcomes through various European tools (i.e. Europass, ECVET, …).

During the last 10 years we’ve gone a long long way, starting from a niche, with the initiative ErasmusTrainingCourses.com, we went on training over 3000 teachers and education staff, having a positive impact on thousands of students and people in Europe.
I still remember my first course, the emotions and the satisfaction for the outcomes and the positive feedback from the participants. I’m satisfied about the new, innovative and high quality courses that we’ve added during the last 10 years, I’m satisfied about the trainers that joined our team and about everything that we taught and learnt, but above all I’m satisfied that we kept our genuine, motivated and passionate approach that I believe is what really makes a difference. We love training and spending time with teachers and education staff, we love coming up with new ideas and innovative training courses that could improve education in Europe and give better chances to the learners. Dissemination - Thanks to our international activity and social mediapresence we have a strong dissemination and visibility capacity and we provide participants with photos and a summary video of each course.
Multilanguage - Our team is composed of experts from all over Europe that speak fluently over 8 languages, able to organize ad-hoc sessions and to support the participants from every point of view, including the linguistic one.

​Francesco Tarantino
Francesco Tarantino holds a Master Degree in ICT Engineering and has been involved in training and education activities since 2004 and is working part-time as a teacher. He participates as stakeholder and speaker in policy-making events and conferences organized by the European Commission on the topic of education and training. He was selected to contribute to the development of the ESCO classification for the Education sector.

Francesco is truly passionate about teaching and training especially to fellow teachers. He has been the lead trainer in more than 100 training courses for teacher and education staff. Through the years he has developed an extensive knowledge on education and training, integration of ICT and e-learning in education, dual education, public speaking and soft skills.
​Giulia Zambon
Giulia Zambon graduated in “European Languages and culture” and has been specializing in the field of training courses and learning activities for teachers and educational staff first in the UK and later in Italy.
​
Giulia has gained a far-reaching experience as trainer assistant first and lead trainer later in over 30 training courses for teachers and education staff especially in the area on intercultural learning and diversity, innovative teaching methods, preventing early school leaving and inclusive education.
​Sara Natalini
Sara Natalini holds a Master Degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs and has
participated in several diplomatic simulations aimed at promoting the international and European values and organization.
​
Sara has gained experience in the organization and implementation of Erasmus plus training
courses for teachers and education staff, specializing in the area of intercultural learning and
diversity, innovative and creative teaching methods. She underwent an Erasmus mobility in France and speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
Laura Joanna Łuczak
Laura Joanna Łuczak holds a Master’s degree in Oriental Languages and Cultures. She had several professional experiences abroad, including teaching Italian for foreigners. Laura has gained experience in managing trainings, with creative activities especially in the field of early school leaving and bullying issues.

She speaks Italian, English, Polish, French and Hindi.
​Cristina Di Ponzio
Cristina Di Ponzio holds a Master degree in “International cooperation for Human rights and cultural heritage” and she has attended several training courses in the field of soft skills and Neuro-linguistic programming including a Master in Coaching.

Cristina cooperates with local schools and has been the lead trainer in over 20 international training courses several of these tailored to teachers and education staff. She has far-reaching experience in soft skills, effective communication, leadership, non-formal education, emotional intelligence and coaching.
​Alina-Elena Gheorghica
Alina-Elena Gheorghica graduated in Law at the University of Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Iasi and she is passionate about European law and European project management. She underwent an Erasmus mobility period in Spain. She speaks fluently Romanian, English, Italian and Spanish.

Alina-Elena supports schools, teachers and institutions in the process of implementing learning mobility projects for education staff and students, especially in the framework of Erasmus+ having gained experience in over 50 Erasmus+ funded projects. She caters for the personal and administrative needs of the participants including certification (i.e. Europass, mobility agreement…).
Emanuele Ferrara
Emanuele Ferrara holds a Master Degree in Economics and Management of Non-profit Organizations and Cooperatives, and Postgraduate Master Degree in Social Innovation, Social Start-up, Social Business, and Project Innovation at the ASVI School for Management & Social Change.

Emanuele has been the project assistant and financial manager in more than 50 Erasmus plus projects. He is expert in project management, entrepreneurship education, organizational and financial management.
Lara Borrego Jullien
Lara Borrego holds a Bachelor in “Business and Tourism” and a Master Degree in “Digital Marketing and Web Analytics”. Among other things, she has been working in the hugest Spanish company in the advertising market.

Her strengths are social and digital marketing and technology and she has been training assistant in several training courses tailored for teachers. Lara works as SEO specialist to increase the visibility and dissemination of the training courses and their results.
