To support and improve participants’ experience at our courses we take care of the following tasks:
  • Organization of innovative and practice-driven training activities providing high qualified and experienced trainers, educational materials and comfortable facilities;
  • Management of all the practical and logistics arrangements;
  • Organization of networking meetings and visits to local schools and public institutions;
  • Full time support and communication before, during and after the course;
  • Comprehensive pedagogical, linguistic, intercultural and general preparation;
  • Setting up an e-learning platform for preparation and follow-up;
  • Recognition and validation of learning outcomes (including issuing a specific certificate and supporting our partners in the production of learning agreements, quality commitments and Europass mobility certificates);
  • Organization of cultural and leisure activities.​
Most of our participants receive funding from the Erasmus+ programme. If you’re interested to receive a grant from Erasmus+ you shall consider that in addition to the above-mentioned activities we can support you by providing:
  • support and advices during the application phase;
  • a successful track record in working with Erasmus+ and thus more chances of approval;
  • support for the final report preparation and for filling the Mobility Tool;
  • all the documents needed (certificates, invoices, invitation letters, …) in the format requested by Erasmus+ National Agencies and European authorities;
  • support to disseminate your project and its results thanks to our strong communication channels.

​Cultural immersion

We mind the value of culture and we're experienced in organizing cultural visits as well as social activities in order to make the stay of the participants more pleasant and culturally stimulating. Beside the training activities, for the participants interested to discover Italian artistic heritage and traditions, we organize cultural and recreational activities. Upon request, we can organize guided tours to some of the most beautiful Italian cities (Florence, Venice, Pisa, Ferrara, Verona, Milan, ...).

Multi-language support

Our team is composed of experts from all over Europe that speak fluently over 10 languages. The trainers and support staff that are assigned to each training are able to support the participants from every point of view including the linguistic one.

Inclusive format and practical arrangements

We are proud to tailor our training courses to both participants' learning and practical needs. In addition to delivering the training, to ease and enhance your participation at our training courses, we take care of all the practical arrangements.

We offer our courses in an all-inclusive format: all accommodation, meals and local transport during the courses as well as cultural visits are provided by us and are fully covered by the Erasmus+ funding. In this way participants just need to organise their international flights and can rely on us for all the others practical arrangements.

If you prefer you can take care of some of the practical arrangements (e.g. meals, local transport...) by yourself but we will take care of the organization of your accommodation in order to ensure optimal logistic organization, safety and time-efficiency.

We provide board and lodging in the same hotel in which we organize the training thus ensuring the best comfort and coziness as well as effective time management.
Unless you request something else, we provide accommodation in single rooms and full board. We organize two or more dinners outside the venue thus offering the participants the opportunity to taste different cuisines and get to know more the italian food traditions. If the participants prefer to stay in the hotel they can choose themselves whether to have dinner out or in the hotel.
If you have different needs please let us know so that we can arrange board and lodging according to your requirements. We provide different kind of board based on your dietary requirements (i.e. halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, ...). We’ve experience in receiving people with disabilities.

We organize our courses in three beautiful venue in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece: Bologna, Palermo,Tenerife, Porto and Thessaloniki.
Bologna is an important transport junction from which it's possible to easily and rapidly visit some of the best and major Italian cities such as Florence, Venice, Pisa, Ferrara, Verona, Milan and many others. Being in Bologna is a unique opportunity to see some of the best that Italy can offer.
Palermo allows you to discover the Italian beautiful beaches and sea thanks to its position, especially during spring and summer courses. Exploring the beautiful towns of Monreale and Cefalù is also a breeze as they are conveniently accessible from Palermo.
Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands famous for its round warm climate, beautiful beaches, and stunning natural landscapes.One of Tenerife's most iconic landmarks is Mount Teide, a dormant volcano and the highest peak in Spain. The Teide National Park surrounds the volcano and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering visitors the chance to hike, take a cable car ride, or stargaze at the summit.
Porto, Portugal’s second largest city and the capital of the Porto District. Located along the Douro River estuary in northern Portugal, its city centre is one of the oldest in Europe, and in 1996 it was proclaimed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
You can decide to visit those cities by yourself or - depending on your needs and on the size of the group - you can request us to organize guided visits for you. 
Rimini, a city on the Adriatic coast, in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. It's known for its beachside nightclubs and shallow waters. imini, the city for every taste, offers a wide range of experiences that will satisfy everyone:
Thessaloniki, Greece’s second largest city and the capital of the geographical region of Macedonia. Founded in 315 B.C., Thessaloniki is surrounded by turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea to the south and by the 4th century walls to the north.

Florence

Florence is the capital of Tuscany. Its Historic Centre attracts millions of tourists each year, and Euromonitor International ranked the city as the world's 89th most visited in 2012, with 1.8 million visitors. It was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982. The city is noted for its culture, Renaissance art, architecture and monuments.
The city hosts numerous museums and art galleries, such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Pitti. For its artistic and architectural heritage Florence's has been ranked by Forbes as one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Venice

Venice is one of the most important tourist destinations in the world for its celebrated art and architecture. The city has an average of 50,000 tourists a day (2007 estimate). In 2006, it was the world's 28th most internationally visited city, with 2.927 million international arrivals that year. It is regarded as one of the world's most beautiful cities.
​There are numerous attractions in Venice, such as St Mark's Basilica, the Grand Canal and the Piazza San Marco. Venice has rich and diverse architectural styles, the most famous of which is the Gothic style.

Bologna

Bologna is home to prestigious cultural, economic and political institutions as well as one of the most impressive trade fair districts in Europe. In 2000 it was declared the European capital of culture and in 2006 a UNESCO “city of music”. Home to the oldest university in the world - founded in 1088 - Bologna is famous for its towers and its well-preserved historical centre (one of the largest in Italy).
​The cityscape is enriched by its elegant and extensive porticoes, for which the city is famous. In total, there are 38 km of porticoes in the city's historical centre.

Palermo

​Palermo is a city rich in history, culture, art, music and food. Numerous tourists are attracted to the city for its good Mediterranean weather, its renowned gastronomy and restaurants, its Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque churches, palaces and buildings, and its nightlife and music.
Palermo offers both natural and cultural attractions, such as: the Cathedral, the Opera (the third biggest in Europe), the archeological museum, the Normans’ Palace, the catacombs of the Capuchin convent, St. Cataldo as well as breathtaking beaches.

Monreale

Monreale is a small town located on the outskirts of Palermo, the capital city of Sicily. The town is famous for its stunning 12th-century cathedral, the Cathedral of Monreale, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The cathedral features beautiful Byzantine mosaics that cover over 6,000 square meters of the interior, depicting scenes from the Bible and the lives of the saints. Monreale also offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and is a great place to relax and enjoy the local cuisine.

Cefalù

Cefalù is a charming seaside town located on the northern coast of Sicily, just east of Palermo. The town is known for its stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and picturesque medieval streets. Its most famous landmark is the magnificent Cathedral of Cefalù, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 12th century. The cathedral boasts beautiful Byzantine mosaics and stunning architecture, making it a must-see for visitors. In addition to its cultural attractions, Cefalù also offers a wide range of activities such as water sports, hiking, and exploring the local cuisine, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

El Teide

El Teide is a majestic dormant volcano located on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. It stands at an impressive height of 3,718 meters (12,198 feet) and is the highest peak in Spain. The Teide National Park surrounds the volcano, and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that offers visitors the opportunity to explore its stunning natural landscapes, unique rock formations, and endemic plant and animal species. The park also provides visitors with the chance to hike, take a cable car ride, and even stargaze at the summit. The views from the top of El Teide are simply breathtaking, and it is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Tenerife.
Upon request and depending on the size of the group, we take care of participants transfer from/to the airport.
