Teamwork is nowadays one of the key soft skills required by the job market, as it is considered an asset towards success. It is hence the general interest of teachers and education to foster a collaborative environment for team working in the classroom, where the teacher becomes a facilitator willing and able to empower students to learn from practical experiences and from each other. This process passes through promoting membership and sense of belonging to the group, recognizing what contribution everyone can give to the group, assigning appropriate roles for performing tasks and putting in place appropriate techniques for assessing teamwork results and providing feedback.
Participating in this training course, participants will get the foundational ideas for defining achievements the result of interdependence and collaboration rather than independence and competition, hence promoting a culture of collaboration in the learning environment.
