Erasmus+ programme
Our training courses are eligible to be 100% funded by the Erasmus plus key action 1 (KA1 learning mobility of individuals).
Teachers, trainers, headmasters and any other school, university and adult education staff are all eligible to receive an Erasmus plus grant covering all the training course costs including travel, board and lodging and course fee. Read more about Erasmus plus KA1 grant.

2024-2025 Erasmus plus training course catalogue 
​with 40 one-week courses tailored for teachers and education staff about classroom management, ICT and new technologies, inclusion and diversity, well Being, innovative teaching methods, EU projects, languages and preschool teaching methods. 
This year we have four greatest and newest addition the courses: Mental Health for teachers and students in schools and education, Yoga for teachers and school staff: Enhancing Well-being in the classroom, Meditation  for teachers: cultivating mindfulness in classroom and Artificial Intelligence in schools and education: ChatGpt and AI for teachers:

​We are delighted to announce that starting from 2024, ELA will introduce a wider course offer​ focused on the psycho-physical well-being of teachers and students. We are excited to launch our newly designed training course thematic area, Well-being! All courses within it aim to equip teachers, educators, and school staff with the skills and strategies to create a supportive classroom environment, reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, and thus support the young and sensitive minds of students through mindfulness, meditation, and yoga techniques. We are at the same time thrilled to announce the expansion of our training course venues across Europe as we will start offering courses in three new wonderful cities: Porto, Thessaloniki, and Rimini! Get ready to live an enriching experience and to promote innovative and supportive education in Europe by taking a look at ELA new course offer!

OUR EXPERIENCE

We have a long-standing and successful experience in delivering teacher training courses under LLP and Erasmus plus programmes. Past participants appreciated our interactive and hands-on approach focused on practice and experiential training and our support in project application, practical arrangements, certification and dissemination. WHAT WE DO

To ease and enhance your participation at our courses, we offer to take care of all the practical arrangements of your stay so that you can feel cared for like you were at home. OUR LOCATIONS

Our main headquarter is in Bologna, where most of our courses take place. We organize as well several courses in Rimini, Palermo, Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Porto ad Thessaloniki. ​During the last year, the difficulty of organizing face to face meetings gave us the opportunity to implement online training courses.
