News: a wider training offer and new locations! We are delighted to announce that starting from 2024, ELA will introduce a wider course offer focused on the psycho-physical well-being of teachers and students. All courses within it aim to equip teachers, educators, and school staff with the skills and strategies to create a supportive classroom environment, reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, and thus support the young and sensitive minds of students through mindfulness, meditation, and yoga techniques.
