Coaching offers a powerful way for you to take a step back, reflect on your practice and find the courage to do things differently and recently we have withstood a trend of schools adopting coaching tools and strategies to foster and improve students’ learning process, attainment and Emotional Intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence is crucial in our society for both teachers and learners and it is a greater predictor of success and accomplishment than IQ or academic results.
Participating in this course you will discover the power of Emotional Intelligence, coaching and leading as well as emerging trends to support students in their challenges. We will practice and master concrete coaching activities, working methods and tools that you will be able to use the day after the course in your school.
This structured course aims to enhance the understanding of coaching and emotional intelligence and to guide participants through the possibilities offered by the emerging trend of using coaching methods in formal education pathways to boost learners’ learning process and motivation.
The general aim of this course is to foster excellence in education by equipping teachers, school staff and managers with the needed knowledge and skills to enhance staff and learners emotional intelligence and effectively apply coaching methods in school settings.

This course is addressed to teachers, trainers, educational counsellors, career counsellors, school psychologists, headmasters, school management and administrative staff working in primary schools, secondary schools, vocational schools, training centres, adult education schools, higher education and NGOs.
The course is held in English. For groups with at least 8 participants, we can organize an ad-hoc session in a different language.
