Online courses for teachers and educational staff funded by the Erasmus plus programme is ELA latest initiative. Launched in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, it builds on our experience of offering online courses to Italian schools to help them facing the challenges posed by the Covid-19 emergency during the first lockdown.
Our many years of experience in the implementation of Erasmus plus courses for teachers combined with our deep knowledge of distance learning platforms and tools are today a great added value to help educational institutions to equip their staff with crucial skills with the support of the Erasmus plus programme. Today more than ever, teachers and educational staff are under an incredible pressure and having the opportunity to participate in online training on new technologies, innovative teaching methods, inclusive education and soft skills can make a huge difference. For this reasons and based on last year experience we've chosen to allow teachers and educational staff to access our courses as well online.
Schools that have an Erasmus plus project approved and cannot participate in face-to-face training may consider, in accordance with their National Agencies, to use the Erasmus plus funding to allow their staff to participate in one ore more of our online training courses. You can find below the calendar of online courses planned for the next months. Please consider that when the course is implemented online its duration is limited to 5 sessions of 3 hours each and its structure and methodology are slightly adapted compared to its face-to-face standard version.
